It’s Hard to Be Perfect

“Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.” — Romans 5:1

Perfection is impossible — but peace is not. God never asked you to earn righteousness; He freely gives it through Christ. Your relationship with Him rests not on flawless performance, but on His perfect grace. When you accept this truth, pressure fades and peace takes its place.

Where are you holding yourself to a standard God never placed on you?

Prayer

Jesus, thank You that I don’t have to be perfect to be loved by You. Help me rest in the peace that comes from Your grace and not my performance. Amen.
