Fourth Sunday in Lent
Scripture
“Lord, I believe.”
— John 9:38
Devotional
A blind man received sight — but more than that, he received revelation. Physical healing opened the door to spiritual awakening.
“Open my eyes” becomes a powerful Lenten prayer.
Sometimes we do not see our own pride.
Sometimes we do not see God’s work unfolding.
Sometimes we do not see the needs of others around us.
Yet Christ specializes in restoring vision.
Lent is a season of illumination — not harsh exposure, but gentle light revealing what needs healing.
Reflection
Where might I be spiritually blind?
What is God trying to show me that I have been slow to see?
Prayer
Lord Jesus, open my eyes.
Remove anything that keeps me from seeing You clearly.
Give me vision rooted in faith.
Amen.
